Acceptable Use Policy
This service may only be used for lawful purposes. Materials in violation of any local, state, or Federal regulation(s) are prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, copyrighted material in excess of fair use, material protected by trade secret, or material designated "Not for Export" by the US Federal Government.
This service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, charity requests, chain letters, petitions for signatures and political or religious messages. Such messages may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it. Customer is responsible for maintaining evidence of such an explicit request. Note that there is no such thing as a purchased opt-in mailing list. The recipients on such a list may have opted into receiving messages from some other group, but they have not explicitly opted into receiving your messages.
This service may not be used to collect responses from unsolicited email. Moreover, unsolicited email may not direct the recipient to any web site or other resource which uses this service.
Accounts which violate the above rules will be suspended without warning.
510 Software Group is not responsible for the forwarding of email sent to any account which has been suspended or terminated. Such email will either be returned to sender, ignored, deleted, or stored temporarily at 510 Software Group's sole discretion.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 510 Software Group from any claims resulting from the Customer's use of the service.
